Returns & Refunds

At Punto 3, each piece is carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards. Visual confirmation of the product’s condition can be provided before dispatch upon request.

Condition Verification

Before shipment, we document the condition of each piece. This may include photographs or videos shared with the client to confirm that the item is in proper condition prior to dispatch.

Returns & Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products—limited design pieces and made-to-order items—all sales are considered final.

However, returns or refunds may be accepted if the item presents a manufacturing defect that was not previously disclosed.

Claims & Timeframe

Any claim must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.
The claim must include:

  • Clear photographic evidence of the issue
  • Original packaging (if damage is related to transit, this may be required for evaluation)

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

Resolution

If a claim is approved, Punto 3 may, at its discretion:

  • Offer a repair
  • Provide a replacement (subject to availability)
  • Issue a partial or full refund

Exclusions

The following are not considered valid grounds for returns or refunds:

  • Minor variations in material, finish, or texture inherent to handcrafted pieces
  • Damage occurring during transportation when shipping is arranged by the customer
  • Normal wear and tear
